Hey hobietrax,
not a quick fix on this one..there may be some internal damage causing it not to go past 5..you can separate the housing and look for an obstruction or you can make sure the collar is assembled correctly..[as far as you can tell]..part # for replacement of entire clutch is 623331-00..
