That is the worst way to change a simple saw blade on a saw that I have ever seen in my 30 yrs. in the building trades. I broke the dam thing the first time I tried changing the blade. Now I'm forced to spend more money to buy parts to use a saw that the changing bolt should have never been tampered with by a new design. Some things just never should be changed!
