changing a blade on a Bosch 1587AVS

I'm having trouble changing the blade on my Bosch 1587AVS jigsaw. What's happening is I have the new blade in, but it won't lock in place. I've turned the piece on the top of the handle, and it's supposed to "click", but it won't "click." I've turned the piece many times, and nothing happens. I've changed blades on this saw before with no problems. Any one have an idea/suggestion on how to remedy my problem?

Hey handyman,
If you still need some help on this...you will need to replace the whole 'clic' assy..part #2-602-025-901..be sure and install all the parts that come with the assy ...hope this helps..!
