Delta Table Saw 34-670

[Broken42]

This saw is arround twenty years old and has a direct drive shaft. The motor does not loose power but the shaft and blade stop turning when wood is feed into blade. Can someone tell me what is wrong?

Hey Broken42,
Chances are the drive belt is stripped...it is a toothed belt and will still turn until you load it down..[the belt is a very tight fit]
