Hello. I have a Black&Decker PowerPro heavy duty hand held vaccum cleaner that does not work any more. I think I left it plugged up to long. When I plug in the power supply it just humms. I think maybe the batteries are dead, the batteries and motor are bad or batteries motor and power supply are bad. As I started of saying I left it plugged in to long. Can anyone give me some suggetions on repairing this without the trial and error of swapping out parts?
