I have Porter-Cable Jetstream air compressor the problem is when I turn it on it will pump up tp 30# and won't go up any farther, the pressure control is screwed down as far as it will go, can anyone tell me what is wrong, or tell me what to do, I have misplaced my manuel. can't go there
