Echo GT 200 R, fairly new, runs well. There is a "grip" that engages the line when inserted to the trimmer head. Two, actually. When installing new line, the device would not "grip" and hold the line in place. Took it apart. There is a Quarter moon shaped piece of metal riding on a pin. there is a small spring around this pin, under the serrated metal grips. Appears to be adjustable, but does not move easily. Manual is no help. Echo is even less help. Tried to find a parts or repair manual. No luck there. Anybody help me with this? Thank you.
