grinding wheel won't stay on

I have a dewalt angle grinder and for some reason the wheel does not stay on like it should. It will just fly off during use. I don't want to over tighten it

Hey smithar,
hmmnn..the grinding wheel needs to be on real tight..make sure the rpms of the wheel don't exceed the rpms of the grinder..grinding wheel to large in diameter..the threads are correct..
