Default 5 stars 6227 Milwaukee Band Saw

    Hello Folks
Just joined up , great site you have here.
I'm an old retired dude, and I keep myself busy by picking up odd jobs to occupy myself.
I was into a job using my milwaukee band saw, and I jamb the blade and broke the roller chain.

    I'm have a difficult time locating the model I have. It's a 6227 Ser#0006744509.
If someone in here could help me in finding the correct part#, I would surely be grateful

    Billyj

I don't know if the parts are the same.

As I read the Milwauke page:
Milwaukee Electric Tool - Parts & Service - Parts List - Search Results
Your saw would fall in the range of serial numbers that start with 674-4271 and would use that parts list. But their directions for looking up parts lists on the page:
Milwaukee Electric Tool - Parts & Service - Parts Lists & Wiring Instructions
    aren't that clear to me.

Yea stephen, I would assume that also, The only problem I have with that is that, when I look at the roller chain for that model, it shows Part#42-60-140 which is the chain and sprocket $ 20 bucks, other models show part # 40-60-100 roller chain only @ 12 bucks. I may take a chance and order the 40-60-100 or try to locate a Master Link and repair mine.

Again ,Thanks for your help Stephen.

Stephen, FYI Just to follow up, I had to call the 800 number for help and for my saw I was instructed to use the 6742330l. Without the help of the salesman, I would have to guess as to the part I needed.
