Go cart reduction gear rebuild help !!

Since I found Murray parts are no longer made for the line of Go-carts made under their name I ask if anyone out there knows a place or reapir shop that can cut off the the worn out chain gear from the reduction gear shaft and weld another in it's place ?.
Love to get the cart going again for the mini-me.
