homemade battery tab spot welder

who has made a homemade battery tab spot welder and how did u make it? ive looked on youtube but no real directions on how to build one all i see is just a few microwave parts but nothing explains how to complete it. i thought i seen someone make one out of a wire welder and i have one of those. i also looked to see if anyone made a cheap one but $2500 was a little much. any help would be appreciated.
