Oster wine opener

    Default Oster wine opener

    My question is whether or not the cork screw in the Oster wine opener should be loose or firm in the opener. It just rips the side of the cork because it is loose and costs too much to send it in for service. I can try and take it apart but I thought I would ask first if anybody can help me....
