i have a briggs 5 hp outboard motor that misses out when going higher than half throttle. i used fresh gas,added sea foam, put on new fuel filter,spark plug. i'm not familiar with this type of 4 stroke engine,maybe carb needs cleaning,started acting up kind of all of a sudden, any suggestions?
