Parts for a B&D Professional Palm Grip Sander

I have a B&D Professional palm grip sander Cat 4011 Type 1 Ser 47298. Am looking for the clamps on the clamp plate.

Any help would be appreciated.

Those paper clamps, which are basically bent pieces of heavy wire, are available for $4.20 here:

151288-00 PAPER CLAMP

They're sold individually so order a quantity of two if you need both sides. There's no photo but these clamps are compatible with your B&D 4011.
