Old Worm Drive SkilSaw

I have a old worm drive skilsaw & I need to order new brushs & brush holder. But I can't find a model # on the saw. I found a (S# HA641975) It also has Super Dudy Ball Bearing and it has a type 15 on it and it is a 7 1/4 saw. Do all of the worm gear saws use the same brushs & holder. Thanks for any info.

Hey Bill,
The model # should be a 77...[the new style # is HD77]. I did find a breakdown on a type 16..[it has a plastic switch handle-2 parts] if you have that style, the part #s you will need are 2-610-329-940 brush holder..1619X01351 brush..if you have an all metal handle the brush holder may not be available ant longer..[to the best of my knowledge]
