24 inch delta scrollsaw parts

I'm looking at an antique(maybe) 24 inch Delta scrollsaw that needs the lower blade clamp. Is this available or is it something I'll need to make myself?

It looks like the part # is 430020270002 clamp [it is the same # for all the 24 model #s]
available at eReplacementparts.com : Power Tool Parts and Tool Repair
it still may be a good idea to look up your specific model # to make sure..
