WorkMate Model Number?

I have a B&D WorkMate that's needing a replacement handle. I can't make out any type of model number but there is something like a 'date code' that reads 79-001 Type 7. The Jaw Vise Grips measure 29" x 4.75" and there are two rows of holes (5 holes & 4 holes) on each grip. Any ideas on what the model number might be so I can order a replacement handle?
