B&D belt sander

I have an old 3x24 belt sander, want to buy some parts, but cannot find the model number. I have a catalog number and serial number neither of which get me anywhere...where do I find tthe model number?

4026 is a good model number. I looked it up on the DeWalt system (Black & Decker owns DeWalt, same company) and it did bring it up. The problem is that every one of the parts are discontinued. Your best bet is to find another sander that you could use for parts or try your local repair centers. The older the shop the better. They may have old parts sitting on a shelf somewhere.
