Default needing to locate a armature for a Black and decker Imapct driver

    Hi,
I need to replace the armature to my Black and Decker electric impact driver, model 6511. Three small copper wires have broken in the windings, I can see them, they are on the surface.

I attempted to locate this part on e replacement parts.com but no where can I find where I can enter the name of a part.

Numbers on the armature, that I see are as follows: 59778
or the 8 is a 9, I cannot clearly distinguish.
Also, there is C131 or it is C181, again I cannot clearly distinguish.

I welcome all help in locating this part and fixing this great tool!
    Thanks

    Hi flywelder,

I think finding any parts for your 6511 Impact Driver is going to be quite a challenge! I found a parts diagram of the tool which has hand written on it that the tool was discontinued on Nov 9th, 1970. The part number for the armature is 72320-31 but it to is discontinued and no longer available. I think your best bet is to call around to your local repair shops to see if by chance any of them still have one laying on a shelf.

Good luck and let us know how it turns out.
