N80CB Framing gun jammed

    Default N80CB Framing gun jammed

    I have an older Bostitch N80CB-1 framing gun . The nail keeps jamming at the tip and it's very hard to un-jam the nail. I looked at the tip of the driver and see that the tip is not perfectly round and flat. I suspected the driver is the problem. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, if I need a new driver, Can anyone give me the part number ? I've looked , but got 4 different numbers. The serial number of this gun is N80CB-1 9277 274 if this help.
