My nearly new Troy Bilt TB 90 BC was apparently not completely assembled at the factory so the "stabilizer mounts" and other parts in the lower shaft assembly are destroyed. Can't return for warranty because the thing has been sitting for a few years.

I note that the lower shaft assembly and drive-line are available but what about the stabilizers and other items inside? Are they included?

Needed stuff is: rubber stabilizers, 3 or 4 (All I have are pieces); plastic slip cover over drive line, "stoppers" for ends. The shaft itself is fine, it's just empty.
