This question refers to Model KSM90 (same as KSM95). My stand mixer has two speeds: Off and High. It is supposed to have 10 speeds. I have adjusted the screws on the Control Plate Assembly, but this only slightly adjusts the speed. It still only has On/Off. Should I replace the Control Plate Assembly or the Phase Control Board? Any suggestions?
