Rigid Table Saw-Turns on the shuts down immediately

We have a Rigid table saw that when you turn on it fires and immediately powers off. Does anyone have any ideas...we have tested and found that the power source is good...we have jumped the on/off switch...also jumped the circuit breaker all with the same results. We have noticed that there is a circuit assembly that the switch and the circuit breaker run thru before going to the motor-has anyone else had this problem?? The saw is less than a year old and has seen very little use.

You have a bad armature or field. It Should still be under warranty. They only sell it as a motor assy. part # 830381
