11227E Not Hammering

I own a Bosch sds max rotery hammer. It has been a real work horse, but even though it runs well, it has stopped hammering, and is not much good without that feature. I have taken it apart, only damaged one seal, but did not see anything that jumped out at me as a problem. I plan to order the service pack #848, the seal #109, and possibly the new improved shifter part, #848. Before I order, am I on the right track?

Yes your on the right track. Give it a good cleaning, I would get the service kit. The seal comes in the service kit. A new lever should come in the service kit as well. Pay close attention, when you lube the piston and striker. Just a very fine film of grease. This is where most people make the mistake of to much lube. Run the tool before you put the seal back in. In case somethings not right. Hope this helps.
