Delta Miter Saw

Hope someone out there can help me. Purchased a used Delta 36-070 10" miter saw, it came with a metal cutting blade and a carbide blade which I want to install. After figuring out which direction the arbor bolt turned to remove it I finally got the metal blade off. Now comes the problem, when I try and tighten the blade it just spins, I've looked everywhere on this saw for a blade locking pin or ? like my other saws have and I can't find anything, didn't get a manual with this one so I hope someone can enlighten me.............

I did not see a lock pin in the parts breakdown at ereplacementparts.com nor did I see a description of one..but with the blade up against a block of wood [with the teeth stuck in the wood]..and it still wont tighten..the blade may be too thin for the inner and outer washers to hold or they are wore out and need replaced..[you can also lock the blade with a screwdriver between the teeth and laying against the saw base..be careful..] Hope this helps..
remember not to over tighten the blade if this procedure is the only way to secure the blade as you would also want to loosen it without too much hassle...UGH
