I am no longer able to remove tool bit the chuck sleeve is still able to slide and twist but the bit just will not come out please help Adrian

Your splines are probably wore out. Take the rubber nose cover off and the sleeve. Remove all the piece's the hold the bit in. Then lock the bit in a vise. Take a good size hammer and punch. hit the nose of the tool and drive the tool off of the bit.
