drill press alignment

I have a Delta radial drill press. Model 11-090. The spindle is square to the table left to right., but not fore & aft. There seems to be no adjustment to correct this. I need help.

i'm just throwing this out there as I dont have this drill press,, looking at parts diagram. could you add any shims in t bracket to raise or lower the shaft? also what does part # 21 do.. is that for any adjustment on shaft.. there again I am just looking at diagram to see if there is any adjustment set screw ,
