DC988 how to

Hi All,

How do I remove the DC988 Transmission. I have the motor removed, that was not a problem, just not sure on how to remove Transmission.

Hey arizzotto,
If you have the front housing removed..[4 screws] and then the housing half separated..the transmission will remove easily..but you do have to have the front part of the drill removed..
