    Cool porter cable 737tiger saw

    How do I remove the collar on this sawsall. The blade broke off and its jammed inside. I removed the collar pin and it still won't come off.

    Default removing the collar

    Hey joseph,
    Sometimes the clamp pin gets squared off and is very difficult to remove even with the collar pin removed...I have had to cut off the collar to remove the pin and broken off blade..UGH..its a last resort..but you will need to replace the collar # 897774 [after you cut it off] clamp pin # 648594-00..and the retainer pins..# 884696..
