About LinkBacksHad to replace ignition module but did not realize there was adjustment groves when I loosened bolts. Just so happened the magneto magnet was in line and the module went right to it. Does anyone know what the gap is supposed to be?

Had to replace ignition module but did not realize there was adjustment groves when I loosened bolts. Just so happened the magneto magnet was in line and the module went right to it. Does anyone know what the gap is supposed to be?
Gap is .010 give or take .001 Use a feeler gauge for both sides.not the middle.
