Batteries for Makita M001 (Little Red)
I have an old Makita, Model M001, cordless drill that needs a new battery. It is a 7.2 volt unit, so I assume it uses 6 cells, I'd just like to know what kind to get.
It has been dead for more than a couple of years now, and I'm assuming one of my co-workers removed the old batteries - at least someone did, they're not there!
I'd like to put together my own battery pack and not have to buy the close to $30 I see for sale. Please let me know what kind of cells it uses.
Thanks,
Stan
