I recently purchase a used DeWalt 4300 generator but the chock has to be on for it to start and continue running. Could someone recommend a repair to resolve this problem?
Thanks,
Dwight

Hey Dwight,
I'm not really a gas powered guy..but my own experience is to make sure you have new gas..first and foremost..a clean and not clogged air filter..from there you would focus on adjustments on the carb..[if it has sat for a long time there is a chance that the gas in the carb has varnished up over time and will need to be cleaned or replaced]
hope this helps..?
