Default Dewalt dw 911 work site radio/ charger

This charger is a older version the pcb board use to blow fuses about once a week , now when I was using it last just listing to the radio it stopped . I checked the fus and it was blown again I replaced the fuse and still nothing . I checked the voltage on the board and it was zero . I ordered a new PCB board accordind to the model # , when I recieved it I noticed it was different. The new on is missing wires going from B+ AND B- going to the battery location also wires from A1 AND A2 going to the transformer. Do I have to un soder the wires from the old board and put them on the new one. Any info on this subject will be helpful. THANKS,

    Default solder

    Hey shocker,
You do have to unsolder the wires from the old board and solder to the new board..be sure and not to get too hot as it will damage the board...
    hope this helps..

Default Dewalt dw911 power pcb board

I am trying to put the PCB board back in the charger the soldering went ok. My problem is the 4 WIRES that go to =AC5 AC6 CH- CH+ I don' t know where the go ,the wires colors are white brown black blue. I should have taken a picture of the wires before I took them off, any help with this problem sounds easy if I can find a picture of this but I can not find any. THANKS , ANDY
