Bosch 11222evs. I noticed silicone poured into the governor case. What is the silicone covering or insulating? also will the governor be a culprit for the drill not to work at all? Seems like electricity is transferred to the motor via "prongs" which connect to the motor assembly. The power cord checks out, and the switch makes continuity. Please advise.
