    Default rope wont pull

    can't pull rope 0nbc30-ry30004A. how do I repair?

    The rope on mine jumped off the starter pulley assembly and got looped around the tabs on the baffle (part 41 above). I had to take it all apart to get the rope re-wound. Just be careful of the rope return spring and container! The above diagrams are very helpful. To get the Drum and Connector (part 33 above) off, you need a T20 screwdriver, about 3 in long and something to keep the piston/rotor from turning.

    Do the clutches screw on or slide on?

    Your not going to belive this. My pull rope only came out 6 inch. I took it apart to find out why. What I found was a sand dabbler (wasp) created a nest. It was between the ignition module and the rotor. Cleaned it up pulls fine now.
