Wheel Tire

I recently purchased three wheel tires for my BS901, when I tried to put them on there was a HUGE difference in size to make it fit.

Am I suppose to stretch this a lot to make it fit the wheel?

Essentially, yes. If you're having trouble getting it stretched out far enough, try putting it into some hot water to loosen it up a bit.
