i got new blades, it spins, but as soon as it touches the board it stop spinning, why?
My saw is doing the same thing. It's because the piston gear is bad.
The saw has a "vari-torque clutch" that helps to prevent kickback. The mfg recommends tightening the blade stud a fraction of a turn-(1/8 in") to help prevent excess slippage.
