    My battery will only last about 3 minutes, do I need a battery or charger?

    If the battery has been charged 24 - 48 hours AND the charger is working properly, the battery is dead or the bearings on the motor are shot causing an undue load on the motor. The charger should measure 18-20 volts when measured by a volt meter.
