need help assembling coil nail gun

when I took apart this roofing gun the check seal popped out and I am unsure where it goes.Please help.

Hey Casey,
What item # is the check seal ..? Some of these parts are only made to assemble one way and wont work otherwise..kinda of the trial by error way..! Just try to follow the parts breakdown as close as possible..

the # is 127 ,it seems to me that it goes over the holes in the cylinder inbetween the snap ring and the plug towards thed front of the gun but the illusration isn't specific enough to tell.

It does go over the holes with the lip side up..all this does is help diffuse the air when fired..make sure those holes are clear and not filled with gunk..when you reassemble also make sure that you use some air tool oil on the o-ring on the driver assy..hope this helps..
