How do you replace the brushes on a dc920 dewalt drill driver?

Hi Pancho,

You can access the motor by removing the rear cap on the drill. The brushes are held into the motor by two clips on each of the brush holders. remove the old brush holder by bending the clips back and pulling the holder out. The new holders will snap into place. The brush and holder is part #603754-01 and is available from http://ereplacementparts.com.
