How do I get to the fuses? Do you have to disassemble the whole radio?

How do you access the fuses and replace them? I have managed to open the radio without damaging it any further, other than a few screwdriver marks in the seam.
It was given to me and upon plugging it in, it does nothing. No lights or anything else.
