Engine will not idle / Hard to start

I have a Makita Air Broom Model RBL500.

The engine will not idle and it is hard to start. I have to keep it at full throttle to keep it running or it will die.

I notice that when I prime the carb with the bulb (before starting) it will not prime. So, I think that the priming system is not working.

I suspect that a carb overhaul will solve the problem. Can I buy a carb overhaul kit for the engine or do I have to buy individual parts?
