chained not being oiled

The oil for the chain is not flowing,and the blade seems burnt.I have removed all the sawdust etc. but I cannot get the oil to flow. Is there a part I need to replace?

Hi Joe,

If you have cleaned the oil holes in the bar and the outlet on the saw and you still don't have oil flow then you likely have a bad oil pump. The oil pump is part #308541001 and is available from http://www.ereplacementparts.com.
