Default Drill chuck removal and replacement

I have a CTH1202 two speed drill that has been an excellent tool but the chuck will no longer hold the drill from turning in the chuck. I would like to replace the chuck but can not get it off. I have loosened the screw inside the chuck but can not get anything to move or turn off the shaft? can you help me?
