I have an old Delta 24" scrollsaw that has lost blade tension. It is a Model 40-205 or thereabouts. Can't find a number on it, but that's what it looks like. I took apart the upper casing assembly and didn't find any loose or broken parts. There must be something that keeps the top of the spring fixed to the square tension tube to maintain blade tension, but there isn't on mine that I can see. I don't know if I need some new parts or if something just came loose. Any help sure would be appreciated.
