loose saw blade

I have a Skil Reciprocating saw model 9200 and although I tighten the blade as much as possible it still moves up and down about an inch. I only have one screw to tighten so is there another screw that is missing? I have not used in so long I cant remember.

Your question relating to side defection? If so , replace w/ new nyloc screw.(most hdwr. stores).
