    Default Edison bandsaw

I've inherited an Edison (McGraw-Edison) 10" bandsaw. The bearing housing is cracked. Obviously, Edison is no help nowadays, but I figured that the machine was probably built by another mfgr anyway (Skil, B&D, et al., etc.) but have no clue which. Any ideas where I might find parts?

Default Edison 10" Band Saw Model T6760 16

I have an older band saw which works great but needs the three bands made of rubber that go onto the the three pulleys. Does anyone know where they can be purchased? If not then I will offer the saw for parts.

    Default Belt Parts

There used to be a company called PRB which stood for projector Recorder Belt Company which could make a variety of belt parts. Industrially, thee was a company called Small Parts Inc. which could make urethane belts if you give them the required specs as to inside diameter, shape of the belt (round , square, rectangular), and the size of the cross sectional part of the belt, whether it is the above shapes. Barring that, try to find someone that sells urethane belts, and who will custom-make one for you. Some belt manufacturers use a heat process to weld the ends of the belts together, and others do it chemically. Still others just have to be molded from some polymer
