    Default motor

During a heavy task my drill began to smell as well as smoke. Do I replace only the motor?

    Hi Mark,

The motor for the DC925 comes with the brushes, so you're probably good to order and replace only the motor. Usually a smoking motor is due to overloading and a new one should fix your problem.
