Default B&D grass hog xp gh1000

The belt seems to have slipped off of the shaft pulley. I can not seem to get the case open. I believe I have taken out all of the screws, but something is still holding it together near the button that allows you to twist the shaft.

    Default case

    Hey John,
Look and see if there is a sticker going over both sides of the casing still holding it together..if so you can just remove or take a razor blade and go along the seam..also keep an eye out for extra screws or clips holding it together..good luck!
    Hope this has been helpful..

I have the same issue of not being able to open the case. It is held in the area of part #10.

There's a screw hidden under the label that shows you how to rotate the head. Peel back the label, and you'll see it.
