Hello everyone, newbie here.
I work for a basement foundation repair company and we have many Bosch hammer drills that we use on a daily basis that get quite a bit of use. I am the company maintenance man and have been doing some minor repair on these pieces. Because we use these tools daily, downtime is very critical and costly. We used to send them away to be repaired here locally, but here recently these tools come back in the same shape or worse, so I have taken it upon myself to do the repair work. So just a couple questions....

Does anyone here know the proper lubrication steps used for Bosch rotary hammer and demoltion hammer drills? The most common we use are the 11263EVS and 11316EVS. Is there ANY technical info available on service and repair of these tools? I have tried to get ANYTHING like this from Bosch with no response. Any helpful hints would be greatly appreciated!
